Andrew Macdonald

Andrew Macdonald is the Senior Vice President of Uber’s Mobility and Business Operations. Prior to this role he served as the Senior Vice President of Uber’s Global Rides and Platform.

Uber is a continuation of Andrew’s startup ambitions, as he founded two startups in the years before his time at Uber. Prior to entrepreneurial pursuits, Andrew was a management consultant with Bain & Company, covering clients in technology, financial services and manufacturing.

Originally from Toronto, Andrew is passionate about giving back to the local tech community. He sits on the Advisory Board of Ryerson DMZ, Canada’s top university business incubator, and advises a number of other local start-ups.
