Erin Swain

Erin Swain is a Senior Talent Engagement & Research Specialist at WhiteCrow Research, a company that supports Internal Talent Acquisition teams and the HR community across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Erin worked as a Equine Competition Groom at JLP Dressage where Erin managed the yard and all duties for two international dressage riders. Erin is currently pursuing a Level 3 Recruitment apprenticeship at Recruitment Juice and attended Peter Symonds College from 2017 to 2019.
