Ajay Sandhu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ajay started their career as a Team Leader Operations at Firstsource Solutions Limited in 2003 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they joined Dimensions Business Process Outsourcing PVT LTD as an Assistant Manager Operations for a short period. In 2009, they became a Business Development Manager at Colvill Banks Ltd, where they focused on talent-related intelligence for executive search firms. Ajay then joined WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd in 2012, initially as a General Manager and later as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). At WhiteCrow, they provided research, insight, and intelligence services to support talent acquisition teams of Fortune 200 companies and executive search firm partners globally.
