Karen Gilbert serves as the director of human resources at Whitefield Academy. She joined WolfPack in 2021, and she brought with her 20 years of experience in higher education human resources, including serving as the associate vice president for human resources at Agnes Scott College. Gilbert earned a B.S. in business and merchandising from Auburn University, and she holds two human resources certifications- SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
