Terry Roberts

Terry Roberts is the Founder, President, and CEO of WhiteHawk CEC, INC, where the first online Cybersecurity Exchange was established, offering innovative Cyber Risk SaaS and PaaS products that enable organizations to assess and mitigate cyber risks. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Cyber Engineering and Analytics at TASC, where leadership encompassed two key business units across various sectors, and as Executive Director at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute, overseeing significant technical initiatives. Terry's career also includes high-level roles in the US Navy as Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, managing extensive resources and personnel, and as Director of Requirements and Resources at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, contributing to the Military Intelligence Program. Educational background includes a BA from the University of Maryland, a Master's in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, and additional studies at Harvard University, Marine Corps University, and NATO School Oberammergau.
