Colin Hepburn

Colin Hepburn, GISP and sUAS Pilot, currently serves as Project Manager at Whiteley Infrastructure Group since February 2021, utilizing tools such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and various surveying technologies. Previously, Colin worked as a GIS Specialist at MARK W. WHITELEY & ASSOCIATES from March 2016 to February 2021, overseeing GIS projects and managing pipeline mapping and drone data analysis. Prior roles include GIS Manager at JAMA Group, where Colin managed GIS personnel and client interactions, and a range of positions from Sr GIS Analyst/Programmer at Jefferson County Appraisal District to GIS Technician at Jasper County Appraisal District, starting with early GIS software. Colin holds an AAS in Drafting and Design from Angelina Junior College.
