Oksana Shtril

Oksana Shtril began their work experience in 2011 as a Military Intelligence Officer at IDF, where they served for four years. In 2017, they joined IBM as a Software Sales Program Manager, managing channel relationships with IBM Business Partners and resolving sales-related issues. Oksana later took on the role of Operation and Marketing Manager, analyzing sales data and working with Business Partners on lead generation and business development. In 2019, Oksana joined Mend as a Customer Success Manager.

Oksana Shtril obtained their Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering from 2015 to 2019.
