Michael Sanchez

Michael Sanchez is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as an Associate at WhiteStar Asset Management, where responsibilities include credit analysis and portfolio management for a $2 billion leveraged loan book. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Citi, managing a $600 million loan portfolio and leading extensive credit analysis and client negotiations. Michael's investment banking experience encompasses senior associate positions in the Financial Institutions Group at Citi, with a focus on valuation and restructuring for depository banks and specialty finance companies. An MBA graduate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Michael has also held significant leadership roles in the U.S. Navy, including Deputy Director for the Navy Wounded Warrior Program and as a Nuclear Submarine Officer.
