Valer Eugen Demian P.Eng. PMP® is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at WhiteWater, with experience managing projects and teams since November 2017. Valer also serves as a Project Manager, Team Lead, and Co-op Coordinator within the Engineering Services group. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Designer in both Engineering Services and Adventure Play, along with a background in project design and management from previous contract work. As the Founder and Owner of 64 fun solutions, Valer has developed a successful chess program that has produced numerous award-winning students. Additionally, Valer has held various leadership roles, including Technical Services Manager at Analytic Systems and Mechanical Designer positions at Argus Technologies and Western Scale Company Limited. Valer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara, a PMP certification, and a Diploma in Project Management from Simon Fraser University. Membership in Toastmasters Club "Lightly Toasted" includes serving as Club Secretary and actively participating in the Pathways program.
