Ian Riley

Ian Riley currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Xeroc Ltd, alongside holding the position of Industry Expert at WhitewaterTx. Previously, Ian was the CEO of the World Cement Association, where significant contributions included expanding membership and introducing value-added services amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Ian's extensive experience in the cement industry includes serving as Greater China Country Head at LafargeHolcim, where remarkable achievements included realizing $250 million in synergies through integration. Ian has also held various leadership roles at Huaxin Cement, such as Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman of Huaxin New Materials, and as General Manager at Sino Infrastructure Partnership. Ian holds an MA in Mathematics and Operations Research from the University of Cambridge and additionally studied at INSEAD.
