Libor Stodola is an experienced leader with a strong background in transformation and strategy in the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Reinvention at WhitewaterTX, Libor focuses on strategic projects enhancing customer experience, operations, and culture. Prior to this, Libor was the Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer at UNIQA CZ, managing post-merger integration efforts that realized over €3M in synergies. At AXA, Libor held roles including Chief Operations Officer, where leadership of a 150+ member team during a merger achieved low turnover rates, and HR & Legal Director, driving significant improvements in employee productivity and engagement. Libor's career also includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, UniCredit Bank, and Dynargie, complementing a robust educational background with an MBA from Nottingham Trent University and executive training from prestigious institutions.
