Brandon Neely

Brandon Neely serves as the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at Whitley Penn since October 2023. Previously, Brandon held the position of General Counsel at Workrise from 2016 to October 2022, and worked as a Business Transactions Attorney at Barlow Garsek & Simon, LLP from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Brandon was involved in Personal Injury Defense and Business Litigation at Blaies & Hightower, LLP from 2014 to 2015, and worked as a Producer at Neely, Craig & Walton, LLP from 2007 to 2010, focusing on commercial insurance brokerage. Brandon's career began at KPMG US as a Senior Associate in the Houston audit practice, where responsibilities included conducting audits and reviews for oil and gas companies from 2005 to 2007. Brandon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University, as well as a Juris Doctor from Baylor University.
