William R. Neff

William R. Neff earned his degree in chemistry and German literature from Whitman College in 1967. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years, earning the rank of lieutenant. Neff received an MBA from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. He was a founding member of Otten Johnson Robinson Neff & Ragonetti in Denver, Colorado. Neff joined the Whitman Board of Trustees in 2017.
