Jeff Holmes

Jeff Holmes is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Whitman Peterson since 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Managing Director at GEM Realty Capital from 2011 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked as a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions at LaSalle Investment Management for a brief period in 2010 and as an Analyst at Duff & Phelps from 2007 to 2010. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2007.
