Carlos Arias

Carlos Arias, MSN, RN, currently serves as a Nurse Care Manager at Whitman-Walker Health, specializing in HIV, gender-inclusive care, and primary care since January 2020. Prior to this role, Carlos was a Clinical Instructor at The George Washington University School of Nursing, focusing on pediatrics and community health in early 2021. Experience also includes a position as a Registered Nurse at Children's National Hospital, where Carlos worked in pediatrics, hematology, and oncology. Carlos holds a Post-Master's Certificate in Family Nurse Practice from The George Washington University (2021-2023), a Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing (2017-2019), and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland (2012-2014). Additionally, Carlos contributed as a Graduate Assistant in Community Engagement at the University of Maryland from 2016 to 2017.
