Javier Ayala

Javier Ayala is the current Plant Manager for Whitney Blake Company. Javier has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, holding various positions in Quality Assurance and Production Management. Javier began their career as a Quality Assurance Coordinator for Eastman Kodak Company in 1995. Javier then moved to General Electric Healthcare in 1998, where they took on the role of Team Leader for Quality / Project Leader. In 2000, Javier was promoted to Business Team Leader at GE Healthcare, where they led the Xray manufacturing operation.

During their time at GE Healthcare, Javier was responsible for introducing an electronic production board which reduced overtime in logistics and production planning activities. Javier also achieved a 57% DPU reduction across product lines through the implementation of Six Sigma tools during CAPA analysis.

In 2007, Javier left GE Healthcare to take on the role of Plant Manager at Whitney Blake Company. Under Javier's leadership, the company has seen increased efficiency and productivity.

Javier Ayala has an engineering degree in electronics and communications from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an MBA from the same school.
