Michael Rober is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program delivery and global markets. Currently serving as Program Delivery Manager at Whitridge Associates since March 2019, Michael previously held multiple senior leadership roles at State Street Bank from July 1986 to November 2018, including Managing Director of Global Markets Strategic Solutions and Managing Director of Global Markets Middle Office. In these positions, Michael inspired a team dedicated to strategic initiatives and automation while overseeing client support across global trading desks. Additionally, as Vice President, Michael co-managed the deployment of a new foreign exchange trading system and established quality assurance protocols for trading technologies. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Nazarene College.
