Josefina Canchola

Josefina Canchola currently serves as a Board Trustee for Whittier Union High School District and as the Director of Secondary Programs for The Puente Project, overseeing multiple program sites aimed at preparing underserved students for higher education. Previous experience includes serving as Interim Statewide Director of Secondary Programs and Partnerships at University of California, Berkeley, and Associate Director of Education and Business Partnerships for the UC Berkeley Puente Project. Josefina’s foundational roles include Community Services Manager at Riverside Unified School District and Community Relations Assistant for the City of Riverside. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University of California, Riverside, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Phoenix.
