Dr. Antwon Martin

Dr. Antwon Martin has held a variety of roles in the education sector since 2002. From 2002 to 2010, they served as an Accreditation Manager and Teacher at LYNWOOD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Director of Greater Bethel Economic Community Development, Inc. During this time, they conducted the nine sacerdotal duties of ministerial clergy assignments, developed strategies to adhere to current state and federal laws, and developed project plans to ensure timely, efficient outcomes. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Professor at Argosy University, where they used technology in all areas of the program, conducted progressive classes, and provided leadership in investigating alternative solutions to academic issues. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Faculty member at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where they advised and reminded students on graduate school manuscript receipt deadlines, provided editorial and citation support, and respected the power differential between students and committee members. In 2020, they joined Learn2Code.Live as an Educational Technologist and Field Sales Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they were also an Ed Tech Leader and Field Sales Rep at Code To The Future, where they consulted with subject matter experts, developed instructional content, and lead Professional Development Sessions on Computer Science Integration.

Dr. Antwon Martin attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2003 to 2006. Dr. Antwon then went on to earn a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Argosy University in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended California State University-Dominguez Hills from 1999 to 2001 and Santa Monica College from 1997 to 1999.
