Marc Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marc started their career as a Parts Sales Apprentice at Lex Peugeot in 1996 and then became a Parts Sales Advisor at Lex Volvo in 1998. Marc continued their career as an Automotive Parts Sales Advisor at Templegate Peugeot from 1999 to 2002.

In 2002, Marc joined GSF Car Parts as a Sales Development Manager and worked there until 2008. Following that, they joined Bluegrasscoms Ltd and held multiple roles, including Automotive Trade Parts Sales Specialist from 2008 to 2012. Marc then became the Chief Sales Officer, where they oversaw the expansion of the sales team. From 2017 to 2020, Marc served as the Chief of Staff at Bluegrasscoms Ltd.
