Kristin Mark

Kristin Mark is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in human-centered design, UX research, and service design. Currently serving as a Senior Experience Designer at Who Gives A Crap, Kristin advocates for customer and employee experience while leading collaborative projects within the Insights Team. Kristin also mentors junior and mid-weight UX and Service Designers at adplist.org. As a co-founder of Colourful Climbers, Kristin promotes inclusivity for BIPOC rock climbers in Australia. Previous roles include Senior Experience Designer at VMLY&R, where Kristin led digital experience strategies, and Senior Service Designer at MAKE Studios, working on various high-profile projects across multiple industries. Kristin's career began with UX design and research roles at institutions like AKQA and Aconex. Kristin holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and Communications from Penn State University, along with credentials in UX Design and Service Design from General Assembly and Meld Studios.
