Lola Ergasheva, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Director of Supply Chain at Whole Earth Brands, overseeing the Mafco Richmond production plant and managing the importation of raw materials and finished goods from overseas plants since June 2020. With extensive experience at MAFCO Worldwide LLC, Lola has held positions as Global Accounting Manager and Cost Accountant, focusing on financial reporting, consolidation, and cost accounting across international manufacturing facilities. Previous roles include internships in tax and audit at Morison Cogen LLP, TE Connectivity, and KPMG LLP, as well as a Senior Banker position at JSC "National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan," where financial analysis and project monitoring were key responsibilities. Lola holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tashkent State University of Economics.
