Monique Novaez

Monique Novaez serves as the Chief of Staff at Whole Foods Market since January 2017, partnering with the VP of Data and Analytics to drive strategic planning and cross-departmental product development. Prior to this role, Monique Dorsey founded Monique Dorsey Consulting, LLC, providing strategic merchandising and operations solutions for various organizations from 2009 to 2016. As a Senior Manager at PetSmart from 2012 to 2016, Monique transitioned from consultant to senior leadership, enhancing the PMO office and implementing merchandising programs. Monique's earlier experience includes managerial roles at L Brands, focusing on store concept development and space planning, as well as an associate position at PwC, where risk analysis was conducted for Fortune 500 clients. Monique holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Miami University.
