Jer D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and communications. As the Founder and Lead Speaker at WHOLE Training Solutions, LLC since January 2016, Jer has developed tailored training programs focusing on leadership, storytelling, public speaking, customer service, and negotiations. Prior to this role, Jer served as Chief Political Affairs and Communications Officer at Smash My Trash® from May 2021 to July 2024 and worked as a contracted communicator and facilitator with Baker Communications Inc. from October 2009 to January 2017. Additionally, Jer contributed as a writer for Reputation Advocate and served as a contracted speaker with Monster's Making it Count. Jer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Cedarville University and attended West Virginia University-Parkersburg.
