Paul Drace

Paul Drace has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Paul has worked at WholeTrees® Structures as a Sales Director since 2022. Prior to this, they served as President at Drace Consulting Services from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on driving profitable growth and aligning sales and functional teams with business goals. Paul also has experience as a Vice President of Operations at Legacy US in 2022 and as VP of Sales at Structurlam from 2021 to 2022.

Before that, Paul held the position of VP of Sales/Marketing at SmartLam North America from 2020 to 2021, where they successfully developed a selling organization from scratch and significantly increased the order file. Paul has also worked at RedBuilt, LLC as a Regional Manager from 2018 to 2020, a Marketing Director from 2012 to 2018, and as a Professional Engineer/Product Manager from 2009 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Paul served as a Commercial Design Manager at Trus Joist - A Weyerhaeuser Business from 2006 to 2009 and as a Technical Sales Representative from 2001 to 2006. Paul started their professional journey as a Structural Engineer at Ayres Associates from 1995 to 1998, where they later became a Project Manager/Transportation Engineer from 1998 to 2000.

Paul Drace attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
