Marines Rodriguez is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and business operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at WholeMax, Marines is responsible for leading the HR department in various functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance. Previously, Marines held the HR Manager position at Taurizano Corp/Novus Realty LLC, managing full cycle business operations and ensuring legal compliance for a property management and real estate company. As the Founder and General Manager of MR Smart Services, Marines managed operations and supply chain activities for the company. With prior experience at Alcatel Lucent and Nortel Networks in various managerial roles, Marines has a strong foundation in resource management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
