Eli Chait is the Co-Founder & CEO at Wholesail. Prior to Wholesail, they were the Director of Product Management at OpenTable from January 2014 to March 2017.

During their time at OpenTable, Eli led a group of six product managers responsible for analytics, restaurant growth, legacy products, and the company’s flagship GuestCenter product. Some of their notable accomplishments include leading a major iteration of the company's core reservation availability systems, launching a self-service on-boarding initiative, and developing the product, sales, and operations strategy to migrate 20,000 restaurants from the company's legacy Electronic Reservation Book to it’s cloud-based GuestCenter product.

Eli is known for their ability to integrate customer feedback and product engagement data into the product decision-making process. Eli's team launched a new process to incorporate feedback from 40,000 restaurants and the 300+ employees that work with restaurants daily. They also developed a system to analyze product engagement on OpenTable’s legacy "Electronic Reservation Book" and determine which features were required for customers to adopt the new GuestCenter product.

Eli Chait attended Beverly Hills High School and then went on to study Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley where they earned their BS.
