Assistant Director of Customer Experience at Wholesome Goods

Stephanie Sherman has worked in the customer service industry since 2000. Stephanie began their career as a Fresh Foods Manager at Harris Teeter in 2000, where they were responsible for insuring production floor maintenance and purchasing fresh and frozen supplies while maintaining acceptable shrink level. Stephanie also scheduled and coordinated up to 70+ department employees. In 2008, Stephanie moved to OceanX, LLC, where they worked as a Call Center Manager. In this role, they were experienced in all aspects of call center management, including budgeting, hiring, telephony, resource planning and call center automation. Stephanie also managed and ensured compliance with the client's key performance indicators. In 2017, they returned to Harris Teeter as a Fresh Foods Manager, and in 2021, they took on the role of Assistant Director of Customer Experience at Wholesome Goods.

Stephanie Sherman attended Enka High School from 1994 to 1997.
