David Yankey

David Yankey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both athletics and real estate. Currently serving as a Board Member for Wholesome Wave Georgia since January 2019, David contributes to initiatives aimed at providing access to fresh, healthy, locally grown food and addressing food insecurity. In the real estate sector, David held the position of Acquisitions at InLight Real Estate Partners from September 2021 to November 2024 and served as Director at Carter from June 2018 to September 2021. Prior to entering real estate, David had a successful career as a professional athlete with the Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC, from January 2016 to March 2018 and May 2014 to January 2016, respectively. David's career began with a summer internship at Altamont Capital Partners in June 2012, focusing on private equity. David obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Technology and Society from Stanford University, graduating in 2014.
