Dan Bacher

Dan Bacher is a seasoned engineering program manager and product development consultant with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Program Manager at WHOOP since July 2023, Dan has also held key positions such as Vice President of R&D at Celero Systems and Chief Technology Officer at Neuroview Technology. As the Founder and Executive Director of the SpeakYourMind Foundation, Dan focuses on providing communication solutions for individuals with neurological impairments. Prior experience includes a significant role in advancing the BrainGate Neural Interface System at Brown University and contributions to interdisciplinary teams in developing innovative surgical systems. Dan holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University.
