Jayson Barros

Jayson Barros is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and sports communication, currently serving as a Recruiting Coordinator at WHOOP since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Intern at the same company, and various leadership positions such as Campus Captain for The Hidden Opponent and Social Media Coordinator for the Boston College Athletic Communication Department. Jayson was also a Committee Member for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee and participated as a Division 1 athlete at Boston College, where a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies was earned in 2022. Earlier, Jayson contributed to the sports community as a Sports Coach at the Dana Barros Basketball Club from June 2015 to November 2017.
