Kathryn Parton, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior People Business Partner at WHOOP since February 2023, bringing extensive human resources experience from previous roles at NBCUniversal as a Human Resources Manager and WHOOP as an HR Manager and Senior HR Specialist. With a background in talent management, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement within remote work environments, Kathryn successfully managed HR functions at Palmetto™, where efforts focused on scalability for a high-growth start-up. Earlier career roles include HR Coordinator, Corporate Assistant, and substitute teaching positions, complemented by a degree from the College of Charleston earned in 2014.
