Ivry Atlee

Ivry Atlee serves as the Chief Growth Officer at WYL since September 2024 and is currently a Venture Partner at Achievement Growth Partners, beginning in July 2023. Previously held the position of Vice President for Podcast and Audio at Paramount from November 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading operations and strategic initiatives within the Podcast Division. At NPR, from August 2019 to January 2023, Ivry worked in Strategic Finance and Transformation, supporting executive decisions and managing initiatives to align with the organization's goals. As a co-founder of Achievement Growth Partners from 2017 to 2019, Ivry focused on early-stage companies seeking revenue growth in digitally disrupted industries. Ivry also founded Logic Capital Group, promoting investment in underrepresented enterprises from 2014 to 2019, and held various roles in finance and consulting, including positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Deutsche Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
