Gregg Donnenfeld

Gregg Donnenfeld is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and brand management. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at WHP Global since May 2023, Donnenfeld has previously held roles as General Counsel for 15 Seconds of Fame, Inc., and Zapata Industries, and was General Counsel and Executive Vice President for Marc Ecko Enterprises and its affiliates. In 2018, Donnenfeld founded Donnenfeld Law PLLC, focusing on a variety of legal services including trademark prosecution and commercial contract negotiations. Prior experience includes significant positions at Proskauer Rose LLP and Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin, with an academic background that includes an MBA from NYU Stern, a JD from Cornell Law School, and a BA from the University of Michigan.
