Sara Walker is an accomplished Grants Manager with extensive experience in grant writing and database management across various organizations. Currently serving at WHRO Public Media since March 2024, Sara previously held consulting roles at Grant Scribes and managed grants at Pace Center for Girls. Earlier experience includes a Development Associate role at Pensacola Habitat for Humanity, where significant funding success was achieved, and as a Campaign Coordinator at The Woodruff Arts Center, where over $4 million was secured through grant proposals. Sara possesses a Master's degree in English/Creative Writing from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Georgia State University.
