Tom Morehouse

Tom Morehouse has extensive experience in financial leadership and organizational management, having served as Chief Financial Officer at WHRO Public Media since August 2010. Prior to this role, Tom held positions including Executive Director at the Virginia College Access Network from September 2007 to August 2010, where the organization focused on enhancing postsecondary education access in Virginia. Tom also worked as Senior Vice President at Nelnet from 2005 to September 2007 and served as Associate Vice President of Financial Services at Thomas Nelson Community College from 1997 to 2005. Tom's military background includes service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army from May 1971 to June 1995. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA in Organization and Management from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
