Nataliia Makusheva

Nataliia Makusheva is a seasoned professional in marketing and business development, currently serving as the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Why Summits since August 2023. Previously, Nataliia held various leadership roles at Smartlab medical laboratory tests from March 2012 to November 2022, including Head of the Laboratory, where responsibilities encompassed departmental planning, budget management, development strategy, and production modernization, as well as performance analysis and reporting. Nataliia also served as Deputy Head of the Laboratory and Head of the Department of Laboratory. Nataliia holds a Master's degree in biology from Odessa National University Named After I.I. Mechnikov, earned between September 1996 and June 2001.
