'Nireti is a result-oriented, passionate HR professional with over 22 year’s cognate experience spanning several corporate organizations in different capacities.

As the founding CEO of WhyteCleon Limited, she has been able to impart exceptional problem-solving, motivational, human developmental, leadership, and management skills to her clients and assisted them over the years to formulate and effectively implement their HR strategies.

Her leadership has propelled the company into becoming a leading HR organization of highly engaged employees with a resolve to always deliver quality service and exceed client expectations.

'Nireti has an M.Sc. in Administration degree (Strategic HR major) from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, USA. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, Barcelona. She is a Fellow of the Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN), Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria, Member, International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), Member, Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IOD), Member, Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Member Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
