Susanna Miller

Susanna Miller has a strong background in client relations and operations management. Most recently, they served as the Director of Client Relations at WhyteSpyder. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Executive at the same company. Before joining WhyteSpyder, Susanna worked as an Enterprise Program Manager at Edge by Ascential, where they managed global client accounts and coordinated work across multiple divisions. Susanna also held the position of Client Success Manager at flexEngage, where they managed large corporate accounts and handled the onboarding of new clients. Susanna's experience also includes serving as the Head of Operations at Abe AI, where they oversaw company operations and managed client projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Campus Director at The Iron Yard and as an Operations Manager and Coalition Coordinator at Ability Housing of Northeast Florida, Inc. Overall, Susanna has a proven track record of success in client relations, operations management, and project coordination.

Susanna Miller attended Birmingham-Southern College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies. After that, they pursued further education at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they worked towards obtaining a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
