Angela Rubalcava

Angela Rubalcava is an experienced professional in social work and program management with a strong background in coaching, grant writing, and case management. Currently serving as a Program Manager-Coaching at LIFT, Inc. since January 2022, Angela previously worked as a Grant Writer at MEND - Meet Each Need With Dignity and held multiple leadership roles at the Youth Policy Institute, including Associate Director of Case Management Services and Youth & Family Services Manager. Angela's expertise also encompasses therapeutic consulting at ASIAN-AMERICAN DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM, INC. and program directorship at the Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita.
