Stéphanie Michel Nilles is an experienced professional in humanitarian and development sectors, currently serving as the Mentoring & Coaching Program Manager and Training Facilitator at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since September 2018, focusing on field management training in various humanitarian settings. As a co-founder and strategy manager at TerHum, Stéphanie promotes accountable stakeholder engagement and collaborates with humanitarian and development actors globally. Previous roles include training facilitation at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative and extensive project management experience within MSF in various locations, including Chad and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
