Rebecca Ross

Rebecca Ross has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operations and Finance Officer at LIFT, Inc., a national nonprofit focused on breaking the cycle of poverty. In this role, Rebecca is responsible for leading efforts to create a strong and sustainable organization. Early in their career, Rebecca worked as a Project Associate at the Fels Institute of Government, supporting the implementation of a performance-based contracting system for foster care. Rebecca also served as the National Coordinator and Special Assistant at the Consortium for Worker Education, where they focused on workforce development through child care services.

Rebecca began their career as an Urban Fellow at the NYC Human Resources Administration, where they played a key role in welfare reform initiatives and developed employment programs for ex-offender fathers.

Rebecca Ross completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Vassar College between 1993 and 1997.
