Emily Neil

Emily Neil is an experienced journalist currently serving as a Reporter and Digital Content Producer at WHYY since March 2022. Prior to this role, Emily worked as a Freelance Journalist from February 2020 to June 2023 and served as a Reporter at AL DÍA News from January 2018 to February 2020. Emily's career also includes a position as Communications Officer at SERES from November 2016 to December 2017. Academic credentials include a Master of Science (M.S.) from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, obtained in 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Middle Eastern Studies with a Minor in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Barnard College, completed in 2014.
