Rebecca Schmidt

Rebecca Schmidt has worked in the engineering and test & measurement industries for over 20 years. Rebecca began their career in 1991 at Fluke Corporation as the Functional Group Manager (Project Coordination, Engineering Dept). In this role, they managed a group of Project Coordinators and developed them into world class performers for New Product Development, recognized for excellence company wide. In 2019, they joined WiBotic Inc. as a Senior Program Manager, PMP. In this role, they provided program management leadership and support to engineers, and the executive team, in a start-up environment. Rebecca also lead project planning activities, using Project Management best practices, and implemented visual management for project schedules, inventory, cost, and production plans to support customer requirements. During their career, they have been handpicked to lead teams to disrupt competitive threats and has managed cross functional/globally distributed teams to deliver new products for increased market share and revenue growth.

Rebecca Schmidt has a PMP Certification from the Institute of Project Management in the field of Project Management.
