Harrie van Ginkel

Harrie Van Ginkel has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as an Adviseur bouw en vastgoed at both VANA REAL ESTATE and WIBRA since July 2019 and November 2020, respectively, while also owning van Ginkel Vastgoedmanagement since May 2015, where responsibilities include property management and real estate consultancy. Previous roles include overseeing a real estate portfolio for Egeria from 2015 to 2025, as well as technical and commercial management at Redema Beheer B.V. from 1999 to 2015. Harrie has a strong background in construction management, having held positions such as manager bouw & vastgoed at schoenenreus and project leader at Kijkshop. Educational qualifications include a degree in Makelaardij and a certification as Hoofduitvoerder in Bouwkunde.
