Herman Fijnvandraat

Herman Fijnvandraat has extensive experience in both the transportation and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a chauffeur at Wibra since November 2025, Herman has also been an advisor in primary healthcare at HEFTA Training & Advies since November 2001, specializing in LEAN Thinking as a registered practice consultant with the NHG. Prior to this, Herman worked as a trainer at Essenburgh Training & Advies from August 2017 to November 2025, focusing on masterclasses in network care. Previous chauffeur roles include bulk transport of feed for AB Texel Group and national distribution for Wezenberg Groep. Additionally, Herman has over 17 years of experience as a logistics and economics instructor at Hogeschool Windesheim. Education includes a degree from Open Universiteit completed between 2010 and 2013, along with a MO in economics.
