James Pompa

James Pompa is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Design Checker at Wichita State University since September 2025. Previously, James worked as a Validation Engineer at NobleTek - An Inceptra Company from April 2023 to September 2025 and spent a decade as an Associate Design Engineer at Pierce Manufacturing, focusing on drafting, part creation, and data translation in Catia V5. James's automotive background includes roles as a Master Technician with Bergstrom Automotive, Ferman BMW/MINI, and Dimmitt Motorcar Group, along with experience at Oshkosh Corporation as a General Assembler. James holds two Associate Degrees from Fox Valley Technical College in Mechanical Design Technology and Automotive Technology and is ASE Master Certified.
