Michel Korwin-Szymanowski

Michel Korwin-Szymanowski is an experienced aerospace engineer and program director with a strong background in aircraft design, certification, and flight testing. Currently serving as Program Director for EOS Aircraft Inc. at Wichita State University since December 2021, Michel oversees the design and certification of a new regional aircraft. Prior roles include Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Test & Evaluation at AeroTEC, where responsibilities encompassed long-term business strategies and flight test operations. Michel has also held significant positions at Bombardier Aerospace, leading the CSeries Flight Test Teams and managing the Bombardier Flight Test Center. Education includes a Graduate degree in Flight Test Engineering from the United States Naval Test Pilot School, a Graduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from Carleton University.
