Ian McKelvie

Ian McKelvie currently serves as the Head of Service Operations and Infrastructure at Wickes, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ian held multiple senior IT positions at BrightHouse from March 2016 to January 2023, including Acting Head of IT & Information Security and Head of Infrastructure. Ian's earlier experience includes serving as IT Operations Manager at the Royal College of Surgeons of England from July 2010 to February 2016, and as IT Manager at Coffee Republic from October 2007 to March 2010, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing technology strategy, infrastructure maintenance, and team management. Ian obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from De Montfort University between September 1990 and June 1994.
