Louise Tait

Louise Tait is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Wickes since September 2014, Louise directs a team responsible for delivering the People Strategy and overseeing Organizational Design and Talent Strategy. Prior to this, positions included Head of HR - Wickes Operations, ensuring HR strategies for 230 stores and 8,000 colleagues, and leading HR initiatives for Barclays, where responsibilities spanned the Client and Customer Experience team and the integration of the ING Direct acquisition. Additional roles at NFU Mutual and Tesco established a strong foundation in operational HR management. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston University, along with CIPD certification.
